On 11 February 2023, just two days after the skin was released, the Temukau came under scrutiny by several members of the CS:GO community after much of the skins design elements were tracked to existing artwork produced by other artists.
The artist behind the M4A4 | Temukau, @f0rnez, is most likely cheating his way into the @CSGO Steam Workshop.
