Rarity (officially known as 'Weapon Quality') usually signifies a skins rarity and value. The most common skins are assigned the Consumer rarity whereas the rarest skins are assigned the Covert rarity.
The only non-obtainable skin rarity is 'Contraband'. This rarity has only ever been assigned to the M4A4 Howl due to a DMCA notice relating to copyright infringement. This skin can now only be obtained through trading or the Steam Community Market.

Agent Quality
Agents are available in four different rarities from Distinguished to Master. Agents are exclusive to operation pass holders and they are not available as part of the weekly drop. Players that do not have the operation pass can obtain agents by trading or purchasing from the Steam community market.

Master Agents have unique voices and cheers which can be heard at the start of a round and when using various radio commands.
Sticker Quality
Stickers are available in four different rarities from High Grade to Extraordinary. They are not available as part of the weekly drop.
- High Grade - paper sticker
- Remarkable - holo sticker
- Exotic - foil sticker
- Extraordinary - gold stickers and lenticular stickers
- Contraband - this rarity is only applicable to the Howl sticker
Extraordinary stickers were first introduced as gold stickers on souvenir skins during the DreamHack Winter 2013 major. These stickers were already applied on skins unboxed from the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package.
The PGL Major Kraków 2017 major introduced un-used gold stickers obtainable from the Legends and Challengers Autograph Capsule.
Patch Quality
Similar to stickers, patches are available in four different rarities from High Grade to Extraordinary. They are not available as part of the weekly drop.
